The Key Account Manager will be responsible for aggressively growing and managing the tournament business channel. With a passion for relationship management and a premium commitment to customer service , this individual will drive the key tournament channel and customer process in areas of assortment planning , art creation, forecasting , and communication . The position requires a comprehensive understanding of the licensed apparel business and the ability to work collaboratively with customers , sales representatives , internal support departments , external vendors, and designated Corporate partners .
