Incumbent will provide financial business support to marketing & sales teams for one or more divisions. This position will include ongoing reporting and analysis of monthly/quarterly results as well as budgeting and planning for the annual plan (OPC) and any interim plans for one or more divisions. The role will also involve ad hoc analysis that may be both short-term and long-term/strategic in nature

The Sr. Manager Information Security Risk Services is a critical member of the Director, Global Cybersecurity team. The role is to act as an interface between the Director, Global Cyber Security’s strategic and process-based activities and the work of the technology-focused analysts, engineers and administrators in the IT organization. The role must be able to evaluate and translate the digital risk requirements and constraints of the business into technical control requirements and specifications, as well as develop metrics for ongoing performance measurement and reporting.
This is a leadership role that requires an individual with a strong technical background, as well as an ability to work with the IT organization and business management to align priorities and plans with key business objectives. They will act as an empowered representative of the Director during IT planning initiatives to ensure that security measures are incorporated into strategic IT plans and that service expectations are clearly defined. They will also be responsible for consulting to business functions and IT to balance information security risks and its management with business drivers such as speed, agility, flexibility and performance.
Expertise in leading project teams and developing and managing projects is essential for success in this role. In addition to supporting the policies and strategies of the information security services group, this role must be able to prioritize work efforts — balancing operational tasks with longer-term strategic security efforts. Other project management tasks will include resource balancing across multiple IT and security teams, task prioritizing and project reporting.
This role is responsible for managing highly technical staff as they work to accomplish company and personal development goals and must, therefore, have proven leadership skills. Documentation and presentation skills, analytical and critical thinking skills, and the ability to identify needs and take initiative are key requirements of the position.
Manages DTC Stores’ topline sales planning and reporting function. Develops quarterly/periodic, annual, and long-range sales plans, sales analyses and forecasting procedures for DTC stores. Coordinates with Retail Planning, Marketing, Merchandising, Real Estate, Accounting, IT, Inventory Management, Finance and Operations in developing and implementing processes related to forecasting, sales reporting and sales analysis.
This role is a key position within the Retail Sports Apparel team. At times the Sales Merchandiser may be called on to service Special Projects within the Mass, Specialty or All Other channels. Those product brands could include but not limited to: Beauty by Bali, Playtex, Just My Size, Hanes Her Way, Sweet Nothings by Maidenform,Self Expressions, Flexees, Legg’s, Solutions, Hanes, Polo Ralph Lauren, Champion and C9.
A key aspect of the SM’s role is to promote sales by interacting and negotiating with the store decision-makers in order to improve the position and presentation of HBI products. The SM is responsible to build relationships at all levels within each store assigned. The SM’s role includes interaction with and education of both retail sales associates, as well as individual consumers on all HBI product lines as specified above.
A critical role of the Sales Merchandiser is also to educate and train retail sales associates on all HbI product lines as well as bra fitting so they can generate cash register sales and execute fixture stock replenishment in between store visits by HBI Sales Merchandisers.
A critical requirement of this position is to measure female consumers to determine the proper fit for bras and various other undergarments and intimate apparel in the privacy of the women’s fitting room on a regular basis as well as perform the sales associate training as indicated. The Sales Merchandiser is responsible for execution of Intimate Apparel Fit Events and educational seminars as needed by the accounts at door level.
Sales Merchandisers act as the spokesperson and liaison for Hanesbrands Inc. product lines in all business matters at door level. This includes implementing floor plans and/or planograms and creating effective product displays with stock merchandised in appropriate style, color and size mix according to the specific account product merchandising standards.
The Sales Merchandiser is also responsible for gathering information and advising management on matters such as, competitive new products, consumer product needs, space and location of our branded product lines versus the competition, and the quality of our stock levels. This information is critical to our business operations as it will be used to develop sales strategies and new product lines. Communication from the Sales Merchandiser is vital to keeping the sales function linked with door level activities and issues.
Provide support and training distribution center associates, supervisors, operations management, on the effective work processes, standard work, work methods and utilization of data and reporting to track key KPIs in order to meet/exceed distribution goals. Assist in the development and maintenance engineered work standards on ecommerce fulfillment and traditional distribution processes. Assigned process improvement projects by the Director of Distribution. Provide the critical thinking, in depth data analysis and work place solutions within the distribution center and overall distribution network. Will utilize strong analytic skills, data mining and database development to drive continuous improvement.
The Regional Manageris directly accountable for the overall optimal performance and operations of 20- 24 retail outlet stores in Washington, Oregon, Northern California, and Idaho.
- Achieve/Exceed operational goals within region (sales, customer service, conversion rate, average transaction size, marketing initiatives, store level operating expenses, shrinkage, and operating profit).
- Drive top line sales by overseeing the successful implementation and execution of key merchandising and marketing initiatives.

- The Global Category Manager (“GCM”) will discover and understand the internal stakeholders’ business needs with respect to assigned categories and regional responsibilities
