We are a sustainable company committed to making a positive difference in our communities around the world.    Target is HBI’s 2nd largest Innerwear customer and is a strategic priority account that must deliver growth for HBI to win. The Vice President of Sales is responsible for achievement  of annual sales, share and profit objectives for the Innerwear business at Target which is currently more than $300M in net sales.  The incumbent will develop and execute short and long range strategic plans to grow sales, market share, and profit that strengthen HBI’s position as a the market share leader and strategic partner in Innerwear.  This role includes full management of all sales programs, leadership of the sales team including 3 direct reports, and development of cross-functional partnerships with HBI departments such as product management, supply chain, planning and finance. Additionally, the VP of Sales must build a strategic partnership within Target for all aspects of the business to create a relationship that aligns the priorities of the companies and establishes HBI as the vendor of choice in the Innerwear categories and beyond.
