Design expert who can inspire, drive and manage a design team to execute trend right product within the Brand vision from concept to market. This individual must be able to interpret business strategy while designing profitable and innovative product.

The Director of Global Innerwear Initiatives will lead key cross-functional initiatives that enable the Hanesbrands Full Potential Transformation. The role will support the Group President of Global Innerwear, the VP of Global Innerwear Strategy & Business Development, the Innerwear Growth Team General Managers, and Regional Leaders. The role requires managing within a matrixed organization to achieve project deliverables in a timely manner and identifying/improving process bottlenecks and overall organizational efficiency.
