We are a sustainable company committed to making a positive difference in our communities and around the world.   The Digital Content Administrator will report to the Senior Manager, Creative Services and will be required to work in our headquarters in Winston-Salem, NC at least 3 days per week.  This position acts as the point-person for all final creative deliverables. Serve as the central contact for the marketing, creative services and sales team for digital asset management information, talent usage information and usage contract renewals. The role also includes connecting with external partnership (3rd party vendors and creative agencies) to ensure asset quality and consistence on all uploads.

We are a sustainable company committed to making a positive difference in our communities around the world.    The Director, Product Management – Mid-Tier Department Stores & Champion Underwear owns the development and implement the product strategy in alignment with brand strategy.  The role is responsible for directing a team that drives the go-to-market conception and development of the Mid-Tier Department Stores & Champion Underwear product lines while achieving both short and long-term goals inclusive of aggressive revenue and profit growth and share growth all while embracing a “challenger brand” mindset. The director will apply their thorough market knowledge including consumer muses, competitive knowledge, marketplace trends and working cross-functionally to deliver on strategies and objectives. The director will work in close collaboration and use their strong influence skills to effectively work with other departments, specifically design, product development, sourcing, manufacturing, sales, consumer insights, marketing communications, DTC, global merchandising, finance and internal manufacturing.  The director will work with leadership and ultimately own full P&L including gross profit, life-cycle management, S&OP input, inventory management and SKU productivity and overall assortment framework planning responsibilities.  This position will be based in our company headquarters in Winston-Salem, N.C. This role is a key leader in delivering the Hanes Full Potential plan.  The deliverables for this role will focus on collaboration with cross functional teams to plan and execute merchandise assortments while placing the consumer at the forefront of every decision.

The role will support the Group President of Global Innerwear, the VP of Global Innerwear Strategy & Business Development, the Innerwear Growth Team General Managers, and Regional Leaders. The role requires managing within a matrixed organization to achieve project deliverables in a timely manner and identifying/improving process bottlenecks and overall organizational efficiency.
