Reporting to the Campus / Bookstore Director of Sales , the Sr. Manager of Campus / Bookstore Sales ( East ) will be primarily responsible for the field management , support , and development of our multi-brand Collegiate and High School Bookstore business , including institutional self-operated stores , privately owned / operated stores , and Barnes & Noble lease managed stores . This sales leadership role and opportunity requires direct sales representative and customer management, including ongoing sales territory evaluation and sales representative hiring, training, and development.
The self-motivated, results driven individual will establish, maintain, and foster strong, collaborative working relationships and partnerships with customers, sales representatives, and internal support departments.
