  • Overview

    Responsible for supporting Territory Sales Representatives and Sales Associates through order writing and order dashboard maintenance.  Supports the Regional and District Managers as needed.  Communicates with customers via email and phone as necessary. 

    Responsibilities

    • Assists Sales Representatives with order entry and modifications, sales flyers, questions, and concerns.
    • Assists in sending Territory Sales Representatives sample kits to new representatives, as well as sends new products to all representatives as new products emerge.
    • Enhances customer satisfaction by notifying representatives and/or customers of order concerns, by reviewing dashboards to avoid delays due to yellow art, credit/art approval, or must ship orders.
    • Conducts and follows up on ship overrides.
    • Follows-up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
    • Communicates with supporting departments to ensure continuous customer satisfaction.
    • Communicates with appropriate staff or supervisor when concerns or issues arise.
    • Collaborates with Sales Representatives to ensure returned products are accurately processed to customer’s accounts.
    • Corresponds with Territory Sales Representatives through various means such as phone, email, voicemail, and Skype.
    • Completes position specific training plan, and engages in continuous development utilizing a developmental plan.
    • Provides training and assistance to new team members as needed.
    • Upholds GTM’s Vision, Mission, and Values by “Making it Personal” during every interaction and process with all departments and team members.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Education and Experience Required:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • 6 months to a year of related customer service experienced preferred.
    • Comfortable with a team-based work structure; ability to remain flexible to change within the work environment and scope of responsibility.
    • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong organization skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
    • Ability to effectively multi-task and adapt to fast paced environment.
