The primary responsibility of a Screen Print Team Member is to ensure that orders in the respective Production area are embellished accurately, on time and in accordance with GTM quality standards. Team Members work together performing various duties, including but not limited to operation of screen print equipment, order preparation and quality assurance.
Positions available on 1st Shift (7:00am - 3:30pm) and 2nd Shift (3:30pm - 12:00am), Monday - Friday. Occasional weekends are required during peak season. Full and part time positions available.
Roles of Team Member:
Machine Operator: Operates automated screen-print press to highest quality and efficiency standards.
Press Support: Assists Machine Operator in order production and ensures accuracy and quality.
Quality Assurance: Inspects all aspects of finished products to ensure accuracy and quality of order.
Screen Room: Prepares screens for order production.
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
