Under the direction of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, the Store Supervisor is responsible for supporting the overall operations with an emphasis on creating and maintaining receiving and inventory standards in back-of-house as well as throughout the store to consistently deliver a vibrant and exclusive Champion shopping experience. Assists the Store Management Team in supervising the store team to achieve sales objectives, maintaining store policy and procedures, and assumes responsibility for the receiving and inventory functions of the store. The Store Supervisor will also act as a role model to other associates to support store performance and in implementing inventory accuracy.
