This key position on the Hanes Activewear sales team is to manage and grow existing business and aggressively develop new opportunities at retail. This individual will be responsible for the analytics, tracking and tactical execution in driving well thought-out sales and marketing strategies across a complex platform of business delivering accelerated sales and profit growth. This role is responsible for collaborating with HBI cross-functional teams including retail planning, marketing, merchandising and business analytics, with a focus to drive topline sales. With the shift of retail to online, this role is also responsible for developing Omnichannel strategies which include significant ecommerce growth objectives. This individual must be an influencer, analytical, a self-starter, a collaborator, a good communicator and have a strong desire to drive the business.
