The primary role of the Print System Analyst is to manage and support retail hangtag and label printing at all HBI Distribution Centers and Sew Plants worldwide. This involves working directly with facility management and key operators at all locations internally. In addition the incumbent will work with HBI’s sourcing network for printing needs. The incumbent is responsible for timely and accurate setup within the HBI print systems to ensure customer compliance. Incumbent works both independently and collaboratively to support flow of data from SAP production systems into print databases.


  • Provide primary support for all print applications in their locations. Understands the business processes associated with the application and knows where to go to resolve issues,
  • Mange the data flowing into Teklynk (print system) to ensure accuracy for all tags being printed
  • Responsible for working with appropriate departments (marketing, EDM, CMG, etc.) to resolve all customer item and price discrepancies with retail customers and internal departments.
  • Maintain corporate Teklynk application
  • Responsibility for VAS processing systems at Intimates and Champion DC’s
  • Assist Marketing in the development and maintenance of retailer UPC price tags
  • RFID tag printing
  • QC system and reporting at 5 DC’s
  • Act in liaison role with IT Department with system testing for new enhancements
  • Drive process improvements within/across departments and influence improvement external to the department
  • Provides training, both hands on and remotely to key users throughout the organization.
  • Provide approval to sourced vendors for variable data and ticket formats.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of the migration to new software and hardware.
  • Ensure all materials are loaded into the HBI print system including both sku level detail and customer and MSRP pricing.
  • Working closely with planning and facility management to execute effective and timely print operations working in conjunction with specified production plans
  • Manage the print database effectively during price increase times ensuring new prices are loaded timely to meet production cutoffs.
  • Provide vendor support to key hangtag and RFID providers


Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • BS/BA or related degree required
  • In lieu of degree 6-8 years of progressive experience
  • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Spanish speaking a plus
  • Strong PC skills with focus on Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) and Microsoft Access
  • Exceptional analytical ability and problem solving skills
  • Self-starter, proactive and highly motivated
  • Some travel both domestically and international will be required
  • Team player
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptability to change is essential
