This key position on the Retail Licensed Sports apparel sales team is to aggressively manage and grow existing business and develop new opportunities at retailers. This individual must be a self-starter who is equally comfortable working independently as well as within a cross functional team environment. Ability to apply critical analysis to complex situations for problem resolution and opportunity identification is essential. Retail analytics, tracking and tactical execution are key components to success in this role. Direct selling at corporate levels will require ability to influence across organizations within Hanesbrands and the assigned retail buying groups. Ability to manage others effectively will also be a key component of this position.
