Provide marketing expertise to HBI marketing team(s) to accomplish approved business plans and objectives within the marketing acumen. As directed by management, responsible for the development, coordination, implementation and control of strategic marketing projects and programs for the respective assigned product line(s.) This includes comprehensive business analysis, development and implementation of marketing plans and schedules, development/ implementation of advertising programs, packaging, development/review and verification of volume forecasts, identification/development/implementation of new products and development and control of marketing expense budgets. The Marketing Assistant will also serve as the lead for all digital/.com activities relevant to the LSA business. This will include serving as the liaison between the Marketing team, the sales organization as it relates to retailer/customer specific dot com initiatives, our internal or “owned” dot com sites, and digital initiatives we will undertake through our Brand Champion organization.
