• Prepare the monthly financial reporting decks showing how the business is performing against comparatives (plan, last year, forecast).
• Analyze the performance of specific businesses vs. goals and plans.
• Assist with the loading of periodic business plans.
• Responsible for all aspects of SG&A budgeting and expense control for the segment – communication, plan development, reviews, reporting
• Create/Develop presentations for management.
• Assist more senior leaders on finance team with variance analysis, reporting, loading of plan data
• Partner with specific division business leaders to provide financial support for decision making.
• Assist division general managers with plan and forecast development and performance analysis.
• Analyze product and customer cost and profitability.
• Assist marketing teams with pricing decisions and estimate profitability for new products.
• Analyze manufacturing variances for specific divisions and report out to marketing team
• Assist with internal and external audit requests
• Support process improvement planning and implementation.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient in English
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Demonstrated analytical curiosity
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Prior experience in FP&A role preferred
• Basic financial analysis techniques required.
