The role is responsible for coordinating a variety of tasks including operations, facilities and administrative related functions. This integral role will act as an information hub for the entire design team including managing office wide calendars, preparing budget documents, assembling documentation for meetings and overseeing the design facility. Additionally, the manager will oversee the Executive Assistant to ensure all deadlines and tasks are being managed appropriately.
