  • Overview

    This position will work with senior management, other functional groups and business units within the company.


    • Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of international tax structuring projects and/or acquisitions, working with accounting, legal, treasury, and other internal and external groups.
    • Analysis and planning related to U.S. tax reform including Transition Tax, GILTI, BEAT, and FDII.
    • Managing the preparation of international aspects of US consolidated tax return including, but not limited to, Forms 5471 and 8858, Subpart F and other U.S. inclusions, foreign tax credit, and applicable statements/elections.
    • Supporting tax examinations in both U.S. and non-U.S. jurisdictions
    • Preparing international components of the corporate quarterly and annual tax provisions under ASC 740.
    • Researching international tax issues.
    • Managing the information gathering and preparation of certain international income tax returns of foreign subsidiaries prepared by external tax consultants.
    • Maintaining oversight of foreign tax filings.
    • Maintaining documentation supporting SOX and internal audits.
    • Coordination and involvement in other critical tax areas, including transfer pricing.
    • Leading meetings with executives and senior business leaders to address tax aspects of international businesses.
    • Work on multiple financial projects which are time sensitive, so ability to schedule activities and work under pressure is required.


    BS/BA in Accounting or Business related field. CPA required.

    7-10 years of experience in corporate tax. 3 years in international tax.

    Strong technical skills and experience in ASC 740.

    Solid understanding of transfer pricing concepts.

    Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Able to articulate complex technical tax and accounting concepts to colleagues and senior management.

    Good conceptual, critical thinking, analytical, quantitative skills and the ability to problem solve.

    Must be able to work independently
