Reporting to the Under Armour Director of Sales , the UA Sr. Manager of Bookstore/ Campus Sales will be responsible for the leadership , management , and development of the UA Collegiate & High School Bookstore/ Campus business , including institutional self-operated stores , privately owned / operated stores , and Barnes & Noble lease managed stores . In leading and directing a team , results driven sales culture , the incumbent will drive key business analysis and process used to shape sales structure , channel / customer strategy , business planning , and overall revenue / profitability improvement . The position requires the individual to establish , support , and foster strong , collaborative working partnerships with customers , sales representatives , internal support departments , and UA Corp .
