The Senior Manager Marketing serves as the brand marketing leader for our large Intimate Apparel brands: Maidenform, Bali and Playtex. This position is responsible for the development of brand strategy and marketing plans to support annual sales and profit growth as well as long-term brand equity goals.
The Senior Manager Marketing works with the Intimate Apparel business unit Marketing, Sales, B2C and Creative teams to develop and manage marketing plans to drive brand growth. With the rapid shift to online purchasing for intimate apparel and the ability to leverage digital media to engage consumers with highly targeted messaging, this position requires expertise in digital and social media, and a growth mindset.
In addition to working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to drive key brand initiatives and managing outside agencies to develop highly integrated marketing plans, this position regularly interfaces with business unit GM’s, Presidents, Group Presidents and the CEO.
