The Director, Marketing – Hanes serves as the brand marketing leader for HBI’s flagship Hanes brand. This position is responsible for the development of brand strategy and marketing plans to support annual sales and profit growth as well as long-term brand equity goals for Hanes.
The Director Marketing – Hanes works with the Hanes innerwear and activewear product marketing teams to drive key brand platforms and cross-category initiatives. This position works closely with internal teams (Product Marketing, B2C and Creative) and outside agencies to develop highly integrated marketing plans. With the rapid shift to online purchasing for apparel and the ability to leverage digital media to engage consumers with highly targeted messaging, this position requires expertise in digital and social media, and a growth mindset.
The position regularly interfaces with various business units, GM’s, Presidents, Group Presidents and the CEO while reporting to the Chief Branding Officer.
