The Hanesbrands Outlet Store has an opening for Store Manager. The store manager supervises store personnel in all phases of store activities. Responsible for sales and profit achievement through exceptional customer service and expense control. Responsible for overseeing overall store operations and merchandise presentation within the store.
Ensures that all customers receive high levels of customer service at all times as a key means to meet financial objectives. Ensures that all merchandise is displayed and merchandised properly, keeping merchandising department informed of out-of-stock, slow sellers and problem merchandise. Responsible for maintaining accurate accounting and financial records and controlling expenses to achieve budget objectives. Ensures that the store is staffed commiserate to sales volume and customer traffic. Recruits, selects and trains store staff. Evaluates employees’ performances per established guidelines.
Assists on the sales floor, including cashiering, servicing customers and fitting customers for intimate apparel
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
