The Supply Planning Manager is responsible for driving purchase decisions, managing inventory levels, resolving supply chain issues, and exceeding customer order fill rates. Success in this role requires ongoing collaboration with a global supplier base. This role works very closely with the Forecast Manager and has close ties to Purchasing/Production, Finance, Sales, and Product Development. The incumbent must apply a working knowledge of inventory planning and supply chain management best practices. The position reports to the Purchasing and Planning Director.
