Reporting to the Under Armour Director of Sales , the UA Sr. Manager of Retail Sales will be responsible for the leadership, management, and development of the UA licensed Retail business, including the product distribution of UA collegiate, professional sports, and military logo products. In leading and directing a team, results driven sales culture, the incumbent will drive key business analysis and process used to shape sales structure, channel/customer strategy, business planning, and overall revenue/profitability improvement. The position requires the individual to establish, support, and foster strong, collaborative working partnerships with customers, sales representatives, internal support departments, and UA Corp.
